The board unhappy with the rowers sacked 2 more and appointed 2 more experts and we had a 3 managers for 3 rowers combination , with due coarse of time the team's performance went immediately down and the event continued but Indians were out of that."
The Firoz Shah Kotla and common wealth games are burning examples of same old story.
So Delhi meri jaan jaha hain ishq mohhabat pyar but no kaam, is building a reputation for the same.
People here are wrong from the basics itself. You do not have to be a rocket scientist here to find out what the problems here are.
Procrastination and laziness is termed as being cool, may be something to do with the weather.
Time lines are considered as party start timings, where the later you reach the bigger you are considered.
My heart saddens when I see better guys suffering and less talented people being worshipped because they are better players of petty office games.
And mind you no body is more presentable than Delhi guys and gals, but people tend to forget that your work is counted more. I guess some body needs to bring a Vivekananda here too.
When you pay for the ticket you do not go for the cheer leaders. Yes they are there to play their part,
But you expect to watch a close game with some nice fours and sixes.
Shame that most of the Delhi is run on gossips and grapevine, where water fountain talks are considered more seriously than board room talks.
I find here people are spending more time in fixing other people than fixing problems.
Virender Shehwag and others are not fools that they do not see it but again a few good men can not change the system.

ReplyDeleteBtw, I would say, delhi is still performing much much better as compared to other states and cities... where there are no deadlines at all to be missed!
I do not agree that this problem is only in Delhi but this problem can be anywhere where managers concentrate over the method of doing tasks not over performance/outcome because a good manager is who can pretict that a person performs his best by which way and let him work by that way only. Management is not about imposing your methods over others but it is about taking best outcome from the peoples by their ways.
